Unlike stainless steel grills, cast iron grills require a little more care. Here's how to care for your cast iron grill grates so you can keep your grill in tip-top shape. First Time Use When you first get your Sarchi grill, you will want to remove the cast iron grill grates and wash them well in warm water. If needed, you can use soap at this point.
